At 0713 I found Kaiwi (RK96) snoozin’ at Buster Flats, Lanai Lookout.

At 1007, from Makai Pier, I found Kainoa (RN04) & Aukai (RL12) just hauling out together, 50 ft left of Seal Rock Inlet on Rabbit Island. On a pan at 1141 I found Nani (RK60) just hauling out, 100 ft left of 1BS, on RI. She has begun her molt. D#1 is 2%.

Marilyn called at 1116 to advise that she, Lesley & had been nearly skunked at Ka’ena Point. A brief “drive by” by Ka’ena (RO40) saved the day. They did however ,find RW02 and Luana (RN58) at the birth beach, Mokuleia on the way out.

Marilyn called again at 1450, on her way home. She chanced to spy a likely looking rock as she approached Portlock Beach. When she got onto the beach she found T21M. He had not been there on my morning check. Thanks Babe!

Team Billand advised that despite a day of lookin’ by themselves and others, M&M was not seen.

At 1335 they reported Pohaku (RO28) at Electric Beach.

Afternoon Karen Turner mail brought news of her find of La’akea (R82) at Kaihalulu Beach, Turtle Bay. She was to be Karen’s only find despite trekking all the way to High Rock and back.
