The plan today was to do some catching up after spending a week @ Ke Kai Ola in Kona, working with the 4 little patients.
Plans changed when I received a txt from a friend reporting a seal @ Cromwells Beach. I called V/C Dana and the hotline before responding.
Upon arrival Kimo Lyman & I found RH58 "Rocky" right in front at the bottom of the path. We did lots of outreach during the hour we spent there before she left.
Many people bring their dogs for walks on the beach, some on leash and some off. All the loose dogs were put on leash upon our request.

On goers told us she had been there for a while, further down on the reefs and kept moving up the beach with the incoming tide.
It was special to see her today after monitoring her and her pup in Kauai a couple of weeks ago
