4-20-2014 DB's Dailies: Sadie&Pup,Kainoa,Duke,Nani&U/F@RI, Kaiwi@CW, T21M@SB, Kermit@NIM, Ewa Girl@WSK, Meli@TB

Happy Easter to all ! At 0655, from the Makapuu Overview I found Sadie & Pup in the water off shore of 1BS, Rabbit Island, and what would prove to be Nani (RK60), 80 ft right of 3BS.

From Makai Pier at 0732 I found the U/F out on the left end rock flats, and Kainoa (RN04) at Right Middle Cliff. His wound is healing well, but I still don’t see him using his LFF.

I decided to get a jump start on T21M and went to Sandy Beach to await his arrival at 0830. Sure enough at 0845 out galumphed the ol’ dude at the Blowhole end of Sandy Beach. I cordoned him off and he remained. He was gone at 1846.

Back at Makai Pier at 0939. I found Duke (RA12) at the far left end the beach. When he showed up at LL the other day I thought it was just a matter of time before the boy came home for a visit.

At 0939 Aukai (RL12) took a break from the Mokes and stopped by home. She hauled out a bit too close for Sadie’s comfort at 0951 and was immediately run off. She would haul out to 1BS at 1001, moving up into the Morning Glory. She would later move down to cool off, and remained all day.

Posse member Melanie was out there today, and called at 1056 with the report of Kaiwi (RK96) at China Walls. Thank You Melanie... ya’ done good !

At 0830 Team Billand checked in with the report of Kermit (R012) foraging off shore of Nimitz Cove. He would briefly haul out to the #1813 pavilion at Nimitz Cottages, but was quickly run off by screaming kids. He would haul out to Nimitz Cove at 1025. Kermit departed at 1500.
At 0846 the Billands found Ewa Girl (RS00) at Wind Sock.

Last but certainly not least, Happy 6th Birthday to Kerby !!!
